We require a deposit to reserve our event spaces. The total rental fee is due 10 days prior to your event date. We accept check, money orders, and cashier checks for deposits and final payments.
We offer a 20% discount for non-profit organizations. The discount will be applied once we receive your organization’s status paperwork.

Should you need to cancel your event, please provide notice in writing: Events@SoutheastWeldCountyFairgrounds.com.
Deposit Refund Policy
- 100% refund when you provide 60 days or more notice of cancellation
- 50% refund when you provide 59 days or less notice of cancellation
We do not provide catering or concessions for private events. Please contract directly with your preferred vendor(s) for catering and food services.
Private parties may supply their own liquor as long as proper insurance is in place for the event. Security must be provided when liquor will be served.
Licensed security is required for events with 100 or more attendees.
Unless otherwise contracted, you’re responsible to clean up the facility after your event. We’ll review expectations with you during the pre-event inspection. During our post-event inspection, we’ll determine if clean-up requirements have been met.
