By signing this agreement, you (Exhibitor) agree to the following terms enacted and enforced by the South East Weld County Fair board.(Required)

The South East Weld County Fair board, Its Members and any affiliates shall have no liability to Exhibitor or anyone else for any consequential damages of any kind, character or amount, regardless of the factual or legal basis upon which the existence of such liability is asserted. Exhibitor explicitly releases any such claim to recover consequential damages and agrees that this Agreement shall provide a complete defense to any claim for the recovery of such consequential damages, regardless of whether such claim is based upon an alleged breach of this Agreement or some other act, failure to act or breach of duty independent of this Agreement.

I understand that South East Weld County Fair reserves the right to refuse any booth for any reason. If booth is refused, I will remove booth upon request of the Fair board and I also understand that I will not be eligible for a refund.

I understand that my booth size is dependent on availability.

I understand all of my area is to be left as it was found, and agree any additional cleanup done by the Fair board will be subject to an additional $50 cleanup charge.

I understand I am not guaranteed electrical outlets or direct water supply at my booth area.

Food and Drink vendors must close during South East Weld County Fair BBQ. BBQ will take place on Saturday of fair schedule between the hours of 11am and 2pm.

Food and Drink vendors must submit event vendor application to Weld County within 14 days prior to Fair event.

This form must be filled out and submitted before setting up booth.
