  • Project Check In and Pick Up at the west end of the 4-H Building

Rules

  • Exhibitors must have pre-registered online to show.
  • Building will be closed during judging.
  • Judging will be by the Danish System following Weld County Fair rules.
  • Award presentation will be held at 6pm on Friday for Home Economics & General, including Crops, Vegetables, Poultry, and Restoration.
  • Premium money will be available to exhibitors after 2pm on Saturday.
  • Projects will be released between between 2-3:30pm on Saturday. If you cannot pick up your project at the assigned time, arrange to have someone do it for you.
  • Anyone picking up their projects prior to release time on Saturday without permission will forfeit their premium money.
  • Projects left after 3:30pm on Saturday are not the responsibility of the fair superintendents.
